Consent to Personal Data Processing

Version of 1 November 2026.

I, a user of Artifacts (artifacts.void0.dev) or of the website void0.dev, consent to the processing of my personal data by Dmitrii Zhdanov (email d.zhdanov@void0.dev; the "Controller"), on the terms below.

1. How consent is given. Consent is given by ticking the consent box when signing in to Artifacts (via a link sent to email or via Google) for the "Account" and "Inquiries" groups in Clauses 2–3, and by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner for the "Analytics" group. Each part can be given and withdrawn independently.

2. Personal data.

  • Account: email; marks of completed materials; IP address, browser type, date and time of requests.
  • Inquiries: content of inquiries and the contact from which they are sent.
  • Analytics: product analytics cookie identifiers, pages viewed, interface events, IP address.

3. Purposes.

  • Account: registration and sign-in, account maintenance, saving progress, service notifications by email, protection against abuse.
  • Inquiries: responding to inquiries.
  • Analytics: traffic statistics and improvement of Artifacts and void0.dev.

4. Recipients. Data may be transferred to the recipients listed in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy — the hosting provider, the email delivery service, the product analytics service and, if I sign in via Google, Google — including outside my country of residence.

5. Term and withdrawal. The consent is valid until the account is deleted or until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by an email to d.zhdanov@void0.dev sent from the email linked to the account. Consent to analytics can also be withdrawn by declining in the cookie banner, which opens via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. The Controller deletes the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except for data that must be kept by law.

6. Processing of data necessary to perform a paid subscription is based on the Terms of Service and does not require this consent. Retention periods and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
