Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Artifacts (artifacts.void0.dev) and the Artifacts subscription paid in US dollars. The materials are published by Dmitrii Zhdanov ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a subscription, you ("you", the "User") accept these Terms.

A subscription paid in Russian rubles is sold by Dmitrii Zhdanov as a Russian sole proprietor (ИП) under a separate public offer in Russian; these Terms do not apply to it.

1. Definitions

• Platform means the Artifacts website at artifacts.void0.dev.
• Materials means the artifacts published on the Platform: materials, guides and educational publications. Free Materials are available without a subscription. Paid Materials are available only with an active subscription.
• Account means your account on the Platform. Sign-in is via a link sent to email or via Google. The Account is identified by the email address, so both sign-in methods with the same email lead to one Account.
• Subscription means paid access to the Paid Materials for a Period.
• Plan means the subscription option chosen at checkout: monthly or yearly.
• Period means one calendar month (monthly Plan) or one calendar year (yearly Plan) from the date of payment.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for the Subscription are processed by our Merchant of Record — the authorized reseller identified at checkout (for example, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Dodo Payments or Creem, depending on your region and payment method). The Merchant of Record sells the Subscription to you, collects applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and handles billing and refunds on our behalf. References in this Agreement to “we process your payment” mean the Merchant of Record acting on our behalf.

3. What the Subscription Includes

3.1. Access to all Paid Materials of the Platform for the paid Period.

3.2. Access to new Paid Materials published during the Period.

3.3. The set of Materials changes: we add new Materials and update existing ones. The Subscription gives access to the set of Materials current at each moment. A change in the set of Materials is not a ground for a refund or recalculation.

3.4. Subscribers may join a community Telegram channel. The channel is a free courtesy for subscribers. It is not part of the paid Subscription, and we may change or close it at any time.

3.5. The Materials are informational. We do not issue certificates, diplomas or other documents on education or qualification.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. The price of a Period is shown in US dollars on the Platform and on the Merchant of Record's checkout page. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on your location; the final amount is shown at checkout before payment.

4.2. We may set a discount on Plans. The discounted price is fixed when you start checkout; a later change or cancellation of the discount does not change the price of a subscription already bought.

4.3. Payment card data is processed by the Merchant of Record and its payment processors. We do not receive or store it.

4.4. Fees charged by your bank for currency conversion are not included in the price.

5. Auto-Renewal

5.1. The Subscription renews automatically for the next Period. By buying a subscription, you authorize the Merchant of Record to charge the price of each next Period to your saved payment method at the end of the current Period.

5.2. Renewals are charged at the price at which the subscription was bought, as long as it renews without interruption. Price changes on the Platform do not affect active subscriptions.

5.3. If a renewal charge fails, the Merchant of Record retries it during a grace period; access is retained during this time. If no attempt succeeds, the Subscription ends.

5.4. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account on the Platform or via the link in your Merchant of Record receipt. Access is retained until the end of the paid Period. No further charges are made.

5.5. Switching Plans within an active subscription is not available. To change the Plan, turn off auto-renewal and buy the new Plan after the current Period ends.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. If you request a refund within 14 days of the first subscription payment, the price is refunded in full.

6.2. After that, you may request a refund of the unused part of the current Period, in proportion to the number of full days remaining until its end.

6.3. Refund requests are sent to d.zhdanov@void0.dev from the email linked to the Account, or to the Merchant of Record's support. Refunds are issued by the Merchant of Record to the original payment method within 10 days of the request. Access to the Paid Materials ends when the refund is issued.

6.4. The full refund rules are in the Refund Policy.

7. Account and Rules of Use

7.1. The Account is personal. You do not give access to your Account to third parties and are responsible for actions performed through it.

7.2. You may not:

• copy, distribute, publish or sell the Materials or parts of them, including in a paraphrase close to the text;
• collect the Materials by automated means;
• circumvent technical restrictions on access to the Paid Materials.

7.3. If you breach Clauses 7.1–7.2, we may suspend or terminate access and notify you by email. The unused part of the Period is refunded under Section 6.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The rights to the Materials, the design and the software code of the Platform belong to us or to third parties that have granted us the right to use them.

8.2. These Terms do not transfer these rights to you and do not grant a license to the Materials. You may apply the knowledge gained and use fragments of software code from the Materials in your own projects, including commercial ones.

9. Availability and Liability

9.1. We maintain the operation of the Platform but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions: updates, maintenance, failures of hosting, communications and payment services.

9.2. If the Paid Materials were unavailable for more than three consecutive days for reasons on our side, we extend your subscription by the period of unavailability at your request.

9.3. The Materials reflect the experience and position of the authors. We do not guarantee specific results from applying them: employment, income, success of projects.

9.4. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current Period.

10. Personal Data

We process personal data under the Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

11.1. Claims are sent to d.zhdanov@void0.dev. We respond within 10 days.

11.2. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1. We may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. We notify subscribers of material changes by email no later than 14 days before they take effect. The new version applies to Periods paid after it takes effect.

12.2. These Terms are published in English and Spanish. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.
