How do I cancel?

In your account, Billing section. Access stays until the end of the paid period.

Can I switch plans?

Ruble subscriptions: yes, in your account — the new plan takes effect from the next renewal. USD subscriptions: switching within a subscription isn't available — turn off auto-renewal and buy the new plan after the current period ends.
